Is there a work around for this? Is the connection failure affecting all PNC accounts in Quicken or just specific ones? Have you made any recent changes to your PNC online banking login, security settings, or connection method? I continue to have periodic problems with transaction download from PNC, even though the Connection says "Express Web Connect+". . After a few weeks i deleted online access from all three accounts in Quicken. There is a new login screen for PNC online banking that works fine. In the search box, enter “PNC” and select “PNC Bank – Direct Connect” Add credentials when prompted (social security number and a PIN that the PNC Bank provided when initially online access was established). May 23, 2024 · Trying to reconnect to PNC bank for one step update, the PNC screen that you go to to verify your accounts has just said "Service Unavailble" for weeks and weeks now. Nov 2, 2025 · The other 2 PNC Bank accounts did not download any transactions and the Online Balances are still from 10/23. For credit card (s) use the PNC Card Service Online connection option. I was able to authorize successfully on the web, at last! Anyone having issues again with downloading from PNC Bank? It says it connects and there's nothing to download but I know that is wrong. regarding this PNC Bank issue, I tried on my own today, and I was able to connect my four PNC accounts with "PNC Bank - Direct Connect".
